What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, you can return within 10 days of your purchase with original packaging and the receipt. Unfortunately, we do not accept return or exchange on sale items.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. Products purchased during sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are designed in Canada and manufactured in India. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are of high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide free shipping in Ontario. Elsewhere, complimentary free shipping for order above $200. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
